Exhibition Services. 3.1. Subject to the other terms and conditions of the Agreement and subject to the Company’s compliance with the Exhibitors’ Manual (which is incorporated by reference into these Standard Terms and Conditions for Exhibition, Advertising and Sponsorship), the Organizer hereby shall provide to the Company the associated services included in the Exhibition Package, including the right to install the stands and exhibits in a designated Location to be erected in the Venue for the purposes of the Event. It is the Company’s responsibility to access, familiarize itself and comply with the provisions of the Exhibitors’ Manual.
Exhibition Services. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for breakdown or failure of any of the services provided for, or in connection with this Exhibition. 16 CHARGES FOR SPACE The charges for space are as shown on the Contract for Exhibition Stand Space form. The rates are for floor space only or floor space with shell scheme erected by the Organiser’s Contractor for the Exhibitor/Sponsor.
