Designated Personnel definition

Designated Personnel means the school personnel designated to administer medication pursuant to district policy and procedure.
Designated Personnel means employees of the school who have current CPR/1st Aid certification, have received additional training on the recognition of anaphylaxis, and are delegated by the School Nurse or a Healthcare Practitioner to administer an epinephrine auto- injector in the event of anaphylaxis.
Designated Personnel means all of Contractor’s employees who provide Contractor’s United Express Services in job classifications requiring direct public contact, including without limitation, all customer service, ramp service, pilots, and flight attendants.
