RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining units as so certified by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) for the purpose of establishing wages, hours and conditions of employment. If PERC certifies the Union as the exclusive representative during the term of this Agreement for a bargaining unit in general government, the terms of this Agreement apply.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. 2.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all registered nurses in the bargaining units described in Appendix A, entitled “Bargaining Units Represented by the SEIU Healthcare 1199NW,” but it does not cover any statutorily excluded positions or any positions excluded in Appendix A. The titles of the jobs listed in Appendix A are listed for descriptive purposes only. This does not mean that the jobs will continue to exist or be filled.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. 1. The Board of Education at its regular meeting on June 1, 1970 officially recognized the St. John- Hudson Teachers Association, for the purpose of professional negotiations under K.S.A. 72- 5413, et seq., as the exclusive representative for the teachers' unit of the professional employees.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Employer recognizes, acknowledges, and agrees that I.U.P.A.T. District Council No. 4 is, within the meaning of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining of all Employer’s employees wherever such employees may be employed in the following classifications of work: Glaziers Fabricators Glassworkers Apprentices All work described and covered by I.U.P.A.T. Constitution, as outlined in Article 4, of this Agreement. The employer agrees that the Union has been designated or selected for the purpose of Collective Bargaining by the majority of the employees in an appropriate unit, that said majority support has been demonstrated and that the Union is the exclusive representative of all employees in such a unit for the purpose of Collective Bargaining in respect of rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, or other conditions of employment.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Employer recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the sole bargaining agent for all Registered Practical Nurses employed in a nursing capacity within the scope of the College of Nursing of Ontario by Finlandia Hoivakoti Nursing Home (Finlandia Nursing Home Limited) in the City of Greater Sudbury, save and except supervisors excluded pursuant to Section 1 (3) b of the Labour Relations Act, persons above that rank, and employees included in other bargaining units as of October 31, 2001.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. Section 3.1 The Union has claimed and demonstrated and the employer is satisfied and acknowledges that the Union represents a majority of the employer’s employees in the bargaining unit covered by this labor agreement. The employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent under 9(a) of the National Labor Relations Act for all employees performing work within such collective bargaining unit of all present and future jobs sites within the geographic jurisdiction covered by this labor agreement.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. 2.01 The Employers recognize the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all Elevator Constructor Mechanics and Elevator Constructor Helpers, in the employ of the Employers engaged in the installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of all equipment referred to in Article 4.02 and Article 4(A).
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. Par. 1 The Union claims and the Employer acknowledges and agrees that the Union has supplied proof that a majority of its Elevator Constructor Mechanics, Elevator Constructor Helpers and Elevator Constructor Apprentices have authorized the Union to represent them in collective bargaining with the Employer. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive Section 9(a) bargaining representative for all Elevator Constructor Mechanics and Elevator Constructor Helpers and Elevator Constructor Apprentices (hereinafter referred to sometimes as "Mechanics, Helpers and Apprentices") in the employ of the Employers engaged in the installation, repair, modernization, maintenance and servicing of all equipment referred to in Article IV, Par. 2 and Article IV (A).
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Associations and the Employers it represents in bargaining recognizes Plumbers Local Union 130 UA (the “Union”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all of their employees who perform any of the work applicable within the Articles of Jurisdiction as set forth in "Appendix A" to this Agreement for which the Union has been chartered by the United Association within the City of Chicago, Illinois, Bureau, Xxxx, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Iroquois, Xxxx, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, Livingston, Marshall, McHenry, Putnam, Will and Woodford counties, Illinois and wherever additional geographic and territorial jurisdiction may be awarded by the United Association. . The Union recognizes the PCA as the exclusive bargaining agent of its individual member Employers with respect to their employees. Employees covered by this Agreement shall place in position and connect all materials, appurtenances, devices, fixtures and equipment used in the construction of plumbing as well as handle, unload and distribute all of the above mentioned upon and after its arrival on the job site or premises. When fixtures or equipment are protected by covering during construction, such covering shall be put on and removed and fixtures cleaned by employees covered by this Agreement. Employees covered by this Agreement shall do all the laying out, cutting and drilling of all holes, chases and channels, the setting and erection of bolts, inserts, stands, brackets, supports, sleeves, thimbles, hangers, conduits and boxes used in connection with work falling under the jurisdiction of the Union. It is understood and agreed that the foregoing Paragraphs of this Section shall not be construed as limiting the scope of bargaining unit work and that employees covered by this Agreement shall perform all work covered by the Articles of Jurisdiction included in Appendix A which comes within the work jurisdiction for which the Union has been chartered by the United Association.
RECOGNITION CLAUSE. A-1 The Hospital recognizes the Ontario Nurses' Association as the bargaining agent of all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed in a nursing capacity at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance consisting of the Public General Hospital Society of Chatham, the St. Joseph’s Health Services Association of Chatham as the owner and operator of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chatham, and the Sydenham District Hospital, Wallaceburg, save and except Managers, and persons at or above the rank of Manager. For the purposes of clarity, the parties agree that the persons employed by the Hospital in the positions set forth in the decision of the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated January 29, 1992, pertaining to the Public General Hospital, are excluded from the bargaining unit.
