Training Officer. Police Training Officers in the Operations Bureau working a 4 by 10 work schedule shall be selected by the City based upon the City's judgment relative to experience, knowledge and ability to effectively supervise and train. Such officers shall receive the sum of eighteen dollars and seventy-five cents ($18.75) for each work shift during which they perform duties as a Police Training Officer.
Training Officer. Unit members regularly assigned to the Training Division or assigned a training function by the Fire Chief shall receive a bi-weekly differential equivalent to 7.5% of the top step Firefighter Paramedic level, after determination of appropriate training and certifications. All personnel will be assigned a fifty-six (56) hour work week with variable work days or tour of duty within the work period.
Training Officer. SECTION 1. Any employee appointed by the Department Head or designee to be a Communications Training Officer for new recruits shall receive for any eight (8) or twelve (12) hours of training an additional one-quarter (1/4) hour of pay at his/her regular rate for each hour of training.

Effective July 1, 2010, aAny Juvenile Services Officer or Booking Clerk who has successfully completed the Sarpy County FTO/JTO training class and is appointed to be a Training Officer (TO) for new employees, shall receive TO Pay, which is one-quarter (1/4) hour of regular pay or compensatory time for each two (2) hours of training during a shift. If an employee is working out of classification at the time of the training, he or she shall not be entitled to TO Pay. The Supervisor will give the TO written documentation which includes the specific dates of the training assignment; those dates in which the TO is expected to train. Training Officer. Any Bargaining Unit member who serves as a training officer shall be credited with one (1) additional hour of service for every eight (8) hours of training spent with the trainee. This additional hour of service shall be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times the Bargaining Unit member’s regular hourly rate and may not be converted to compensatory time. Training assignments shall be assigned by the Director of Communications and Security Technology Division or designee and will not be paid unless officially assigned by the Director or designee.
Training Officer. A. Employees who are identified by the Sheriff, or his designee, to perform training officer duties shall receive a five percent (5%) differential in addition to any other compensation provided in this Agreement for the period of time such work is performed.
Training Officer. (a) The written exam shall consist up to 200 multiple choice and fill in the blank questions.
Training Officer. The training officer shall serve a term of one (1) year, subject to reappointment by the fire chief. The training officer shall be paid at the rate of a captain and shall remain in the bargaining unit. The training officer will work a forty (40) hour workweek to be determined by the fire chief to facilitate the needs of the department. The training officer shall be entitled to overtime for hours worked that exceed forty (40) hours per workweek based upon said officer’s duties and special skills. The training officer shall not be included in shift overtime or special events overtime.
Training Officer. SECTION 1. From July 1, 2016 until August 6, 2016, a sworn employee, with the rank of Deputy shall receive thirty-eight dollars ($38.00) per shift if he/she trains one or more deputies for the majority of his/her shift. Beginning August 7, 2016 a sworn employee with the rank of Deputy shall receive one (1) hour of compensatory time off for each six (6) hour period that the deputy has a trainee. If a sworn employee is working out of class as a Sergeant, he/she is not entitled to this benefit.
Training Officer. 18 A. CONTRACTOR shall designate an EMT, Paramedic or Registered Nurse (RN) 19 (approved by the AGENCY) to act as Training Officer who shall oversee the 20 required training and orientation of all new EMTs, Paramedics and/or RN’s 21 employed by the CONTRACTOR. The Training Officer shall submit, when 22 requested, a written evaluation of each new EMT, Paramedic and/or RN’s verifying 23 that orientation requirements have been completed. These orientation 24 requirements shall include all local policies and procedures, and any additional 25 training required by the AGENCY within six months of hire.
