Media Technician. D. Employees who accept district positions outside the bargaining unit shall not accumulate additional seniority in the CSSA bargaining unit but shall retain previously earned seniority as a member of the bargaining unit.

Media Technician. C. Employees shall not acquire or exercise seniority until satisfactory completion of the probationary period of ninety (90) workdays actually worked from the date of hire, (first day of work). At any time prior to completion of the probationary period, the employee may be terminated at the discretion of the Employer without appeal or contest by the Union. After satisfactory completion of the probationary period, the employee shall be credited with seniority from the date of hire.
Media Technician. A media technician will be able to perform operational services required of his job with a minimum of supervision.
