Development Officer definition

Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.

Development Officer means a person appointed as a Development Officer pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Town of Wolfville under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act.
