Network Administrator. The Network Administrator is responsible for network operations, planning, monitoring, optimization, management, coordination, technical implementation and other duties as assigned, and identified in the Board-approved RWC Policies and Procedures.
Network Administrator. Your Network Seller has engaged and contracted with RSI Affinity, LLC d/b/a RSI Vacations, a Nevada limited liability company, to administer and service the Network and Network Benefits. Except as otherwise determined by the Board, the Network Administrator shall serve a four-year term unless the Network Administrator resigns or is removed by the Board pursuant to a Super-Majority vote prior to expiration of such term. If the Board fails to take a vote to elect a Network Administrator during the six-month period immediately prior to the expiration of the Network Administrator’s four-year term, the Network Administrator shall then automatically be deemed elected by the Board for an additional four-year term. Upon resignation, termination, or no later than six months prior to expiration of the Network Administrator’s term, an ad-hoc group of three to five Board Members appointed by the Board Chair shall review and recommend one or more Network Administrator candidates for consideration by the Board. Unless otherwise determined by the Board, the Network Administrator shall give at least twelve months’ prior written notice to the Board before resigning as Network Administrator. The Network Administrator may serve any number of successive terms and must be elected by a Super-Majority vote.
