Additional Personnel. Section A: During the formulation of recommendations to the Board for the establishment of any new positions, or the elimination of any existing positions involving certificated professional personnel below the rank of Superintendent, it is desirable that the Administration consults with representatives of the Association so that consideration may be given to the Association’s views.
Additional Personnel. Consultant may use additional personnel to support the requirements of Client under this Agreement. The additional personnel will only be used after Client has agreed in writing to: (a) such addition; (b) the compensation for such addition; (c) the term of such addition, and (d) such addition is made a part of this Agreement by an amendment to Exhibit A and executed by both parties.
Additional Personnel. If additional personnel are required, the device carrier will use the appropriate call-out list to staff the project. Any new calls that come in while the device carrier is called in will go to the device carrier in the affected list. At the completion of the project, the device carrier will inform dispatch and ask if there are any other calls for their department before leaving duty.
Additional Personnel. Marketer agrees that Company shall have no obligation to Marketer to add personnel, equipment or facilities in order to perform any activities under this Agreement.
Additional Personnel. Contractor shall be wholly responsible for the work to be performed. Contractor shall secure all personnel required in performing the Services under this Agreement at Contractor's own expense. Such personnel will not be employees of, or have any individual contractual relationship with UNCSA or UNCSAF. Notwithstanding the above, this section may be modified in the Scope of Work.
Additional Personnel. Dominion will provide sufficient personnel to perform the tasks for which it is responsible in this Exhibit throughout the Agreement Term. These additional personnel shall have knowledge, skills, and experience sufficient to perform these tasks efficiently and competently.

Additional Personnel. TVN may request that additional personnel -------------------- be added to the New Services Personnel complement provided by 4MC at any time and from time to time. 4MC shall comply with the provisions of Section 6.3(e) (which deals with replacement personnel) in connection with providing additional New Services Personnel pursuant to TVN's request (except that the Notice shall include the proposed total compensation of such additional personnel). If the proposed total compensation for any additional New Services Personnel falls within the Personnel Budget, then TVN shall not be required to make any additional payments to 4MC on account of such additional personnel. To the extent that any or all of the total compensation of such additional personnel, when added to the aggregate existing compensation of New Services Personnel, is in excess of the Personnel Budget, any such excess amount shall be billed to, and payable by, TVN.
Additional Personnel the Supplier shall be responsible to nominate additional personnel in any event the execution of Works, requirements of Laws and Regulations or instructions of any Relevant Authority requires or may require such additional nomination.
Additional Personnel a. When requested by the State, contractor may provide a second pilot. If the daily flight time for the helicopter does not exceed 9 hours, the State will pay extended standby for the hours worked for the second pilot. When the daily flight time exceeds 9 hours, the additional pay for the second pilot is no longer applicable.
