Food and Beverage definition

Food and Beverage means any restaurant, catering, bar/lounge, entertainment, room service, retail food or beverage operation, continental breakfast, food or beverage concessions and similar services offered at the Facility.

A $3.00 per person surcharge will be assessed by Shadowood Golf Course on any donated product to non-charitable events. To ensure that Shadowood Golf Course does not breach a vendor contract or license agreement, donated beverages are to be delivered by the product vendor directly to Shadowood Golf Course. Shadowood Golf Course management must approve donated product. All donated products must be removed at the end of the event with supervision of a Shadowood staff member. Xxxxxxx beverages should arrive 1 day prior to the event. Inclement Weather: In the event of rain and or inclement weather, such as lightning, thunder, or heavy rain, your event will continue unless the golf course is deemed closed due to unplayable conditions as determined by a Shadowood staff member. If play is unable to resume due to the continued threat of lighting or closing of the golf course, and every player has completed at least nine holes, the event will be deemed complete as a nine-hole event. If less than nine holes are completed by any player, all players in the event will receive a rain check for 18 holes including cart to be used within 180 days after your event date. Payment for the event will still be due the same day of your event or otherwise discussed between the two parties. Please be advised that regardless of the situation pertaining to the suspension of golf, the food and beverage portion of the event will continue as planned. There is no provision for delaying the service of the food and beverage to a later date. The event will be responsible for the food and beverage service costs.
Food and Beverage means any sales, distribution, consumption or other visible reference to food and/or beverage products.

Food and Beverage means those items of food and beverage sold at the Hotel/Casino, but excluding all food and beverage sold by any Hard Rock Cafe at the Licensed Location governed by the Cafe Lease Agreement.

Food and Beverage means all food and beverage that is on hand as of the Closing Date, whether used, unused, held in reserve storage for future use, in connection with any Individual Hotel, whether issued to the food and beverage department or held in reserve storage, or is located in the minibars in the Individual Hotel rooms, and subject to such depletion and including such resupplies, in each case, as shall occur after the Effective Date in the ordinary course of business and in accordance with Section 3.1 hereof (and including any of the foregoing that have been ordered for future use at any Individual Hotel but have not been delivered to such Individual Hotel as of the Closing Date).
