JURYDUTY. An employee required to serve as a juror shall receive his regular wages. In order to receive payment for such duty, the employee must submit certification of service and assign all fees, exceptmileage receivedfor suchduty, to the Employer. When releasedfrom duty during working hours, the employee will report to work assoon as possible, but no later than two (2) hours.

JURYDUTY. 5 An employee who serves on jury duty will be paid the difference between his pay for jury duty 6 and his regular pay. -7
JURYDUTY. Any employee with more than one (1) year seniority who is summoned for jury duty shall notify the Employer no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the reporting date. An employee reporting for jury duty other than Grand Jury duty shall be paid for each day on jury duty less the jury duty fee. To be eligible for jury duty pay the employee must submit a statement from the court listing the dates served. The employee benefits shall continue during this period including accrual of seniority. If an employee is not required to serve a full day of jury duty, on any day, she/he shall report for work for the next appropriate run.
JURYDUTY. An employee shall be entitled to leave without loss of pay for any time the employee is required to perform jury duty. The District shall pay the employee his/her regular rate of pay; however, the employee shall reimburse the District the amount received for jury duty.

Jury pay shall be computed on the basis of the employee's base hourly rate and shall be limited to the amount of hours regularly worked per day. To be eligible for the jury duty benefits provided herein, the employee must give the Marblehead Schoo1 District reasonable notice that the employee has been summonsed for jury duty, must furnish satisfactory evidence that the employee reported for or performed jury duty during the time for which the employee claims payment and during the period of jury service the employee must report for work on days when the employee's services as a juror are not required. An employee who volunteers (without being summoned) for jury duty will not receive any of the jury duty benefits listed above
JURYDUTY. An employee (non-student only) summoned to Jury Duty on a scheduled work day shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid to them for Jury services and the amount they would have earned had they reported to their scheduled assignment. This does not if the is excused from Jury Duty for the rest of the day or days and fails to report back to work, if same is reasonable under the circumstances (one-half day or more) or if the Jury duty occurs on the employee’s scheduled day off. An employee’s scheduled day off will not be changed as a result of attendance to Jury Duty. An employee appearing as a witness to a court pro- ceeding on behalf of the Company will be compensated as set out in except when they appear as a witness on days not scheduled to work. In such event they will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate, and such compensation shall not be considered as payment for time worked. employee’s schedule will not be changed as a result of to court of the Company’s behalf. For the purpose of and the “amount they would have earned had they worked” means the employee’s regular hourly rate calculated at the number of hours to the maximum of his daily or weekly scheduled hours of work. In and above, the employee will inform the store management promptly of his notice to attend a pro- ceeding. In the event that it is necessary to reschedule em- ployees, it is agreed that time limits regarding scheduling are waived.

JURYDUTY. Any regular employee who is required to perform jury duty, including grand jury duty, will be entitled to reimbursement at the straight-time hourly or incentive (holiday) rate of his/her regular job, for the hours necessarily lost as a result of serving on the jury; provided, however, that such reimbursement should not exceed the time lost from the employee's regular shift schedule. The employee will be required to furnish a signed statement from a responsible officer of the court as proof of jury duty. Non-xxxxx crew employees will be required to report for work if their jury duty ends on any day in time to permit at least four (4) hours' work in the balance of their regular shift. Xxxxx crew employees will receive jury duty pay for any day served in whole or in part. Graveyard shift employees, or night shift employees whose regular schedule ends after 1:30 a.m., will have the option of electing to take their jury duty leave on the shift prior to the jury duty service. Hours paid for jury duty will be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing vacation pay, health and welfare, pension contributions, and overtime. The above provisions apply to employees on days they are required to report for jury duty, even though not selected to serve as jury members.
JURYDUTY. Where an Employee, other than a Seasonal Employee, is called for Jury Duty, or as a witness, he shall be paid his full pay by the Company. Such Employee will give his Jury or Witness pay cheque to the Company in return.
JURYDUTY. When employees are summoned for jury duty, they shall be compensated for the hours they would normally have worked on the day or days they are on jury duty, in accordance with the following formula: the Company will pay such employees amount equal to the number of hours which they would otherwise have been regularly scheduled to work multiplied by their regular base rate, excluding any premiums, overtime, or other penalty premiums, but shall deduct from such amount any court fee received by the employees for such jury duty. If the employees work on all or any part of a day in which they are engaged in jury duty, they shall not receive any under this section for hours actually worked nor will the court fee be offset against earnings for such hours worked. To be eligible for such payment, employees must furnish the Payroll Department with a written statement from the appropriate public official listing the dates and the amount received for jury duty.
