Regular Rate of Pay. The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class provided for in Appendix B. The regular rate of pay shall include any longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.
Regular Rate of Pay. The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.
Regular Rate of Pay. The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the nurse's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, charge nurse pay when the nurse has a regular (designated) charge nurse assignment, and service line specialty coordinator pay.
Regular Rate of Pay. The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rate established for each class as provided for in Appendix A-1, A-2, & A-3 which is attached hereto and by reference incorporated as part of this Agreement.
Regular Rate of Pay. It is specifically agreed by the Union and Employer that any meals, uniforms, rooms and/or laundering and maintenance of uniforms furnished by the Employer to an employee shall not be considered as part of the employee's regular rate of pay for overtime and wage computation purposes within the meaning of Wage and Hour Law, and that an employee's regular rate of pay is that rate reflected on the Schedule of Wages in Appendix A.

All compensation due for work 11 accomplished within a given classification shall be at the rate established for that 12 classification.
