School District. For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.
School District. No. 64 (Gulf Islands) Employees who are authorized to use their personal vehicles in the course of regularly assigned duties or other employer business shall be reimbursed ferry costs where applicable.

School District. The School District agrees that the provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, disability, national origin, or political affiliation. The School District agrees not to interfere with the rights of secretarial employees to become members of the Union, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion by the School District or any School District representative against any employee because of Union membership or non-membership or because of any employee's activity in an official capacity on behalf of the Union, which is in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
