Payment for time worked. 188. Compensation is fixed on an annual, monthly, biweekly and hourly basis per the salary schedules attached to this Agreement, as Appendix B, and shall be paid biweekly in accordance with State Law or other applicable provision. There shall be no compensation for time not worked unless such time off is authorized time off with pay.
