The Nurse will promptly notify the Employer upon notification that they will be required to attend, repay the amount (other than expenses) paid to them for such service or attendance to the Employer and present proof of service requiring their attendance. If the Nurse’s regularly scheduled hours are for the evening, then attendance at jury/witness duty shall be deemed to cover that shift.
