Signed Statement. Each Assistant shall present a signed statement indicating the reason for absence(s), such statement to be filed in the immediate building administrators office. The administrator may request a physician's statement for an employee's absence due to the illness of three (3) or more days' duration.

Signed Statement. ‌ A statement signed by a Director or Secretary that a Share has been validly: (a) forfeited and sold, re-issued or disposed of; or (b) sold without forfeiture to enforce a lien, will be conclusive evidence of these matters as against all persons claiming entitlement to the Share.
