Night Shift Employees. The holiday for night shift employees whose work schedule begins on one calendar day and ends on the next will be the shift in which half or more of the hours fall on the calendar holiday. That shift will be treated as the holiday and paid in accordance with the above holiday pay rules. Holiday Credit
Night Shift Employees. A. An employee who works any portion of his shift between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. shall receive the night premium for the entire shift of twenty (20c) cents per hour, in addition to the employee’s straight time rate of pay.

Employees who work during the night shift and are required to continue work into the day shift must call contact the TPO and provide their name, vehicle information and anticipated departure to avoid being ticketed. Night shift employees who continue work into the day shift past 12:00 noon will be charged the prevailing rate for the number of hours parked after 12:00 noon.

A night shift employee who is called for jury duty shall upon request, receive a leave of absence, without pay, for his/her shift immediately following the completion of their jury duty. The employee shall advise the Company of their decision in this regard within twenty-four (24) hours of their notification that they are required to attend court.

Night shift employees shall receive the night premium for the entire shift of one dollar ($1.00) per hour, in addition to the employee's straight time rate of pay.
