Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.
Permanent Work means the permanent works including equipment to be supplied, executed, erected and maintained in accordance with the Contract.
Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.
Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:
Phase 1 Trial means, with respect to a Product, a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety, metabolism and pharmacokinetics of such Product that would otherwise satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a) or an equivalent clinical trial in a country other than the United States.
Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).
Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.
Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.
Phase 2 Trial means a human clinical trial conducted on study subjects with the disease or condition being studied for the principal purpose of achieving a preliminary determination of efficacy or appropriate dosage ranges, as further described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b) (including any such clinical study in any country other than the United States).
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Scheduled Balance Not applicable.
Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;
Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is May 25, 2034, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Fitch: Fitch Ratings, or its successor in interest.
Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.
Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product, designated as a Phase II Trial and the principal purpose of which is to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe and active in a patient population for its intended use and is designed to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of a Phase III Trial(s), and generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(b). For purposes of this definition, Phase II trial shall specifically exclude expansion cohorts from Phase I Trial(s).
Regular hours worked means those hours which the court is regularly scheduled to work during any given work week. Depending on the particular court, these hours may vary from court to court within the county but remain the same for each work week.
Scheduled Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on Scheduled Completion Date;
Trial – means the proceeding in court or in a covered administrative proceeding when the parties try their case beginning with the impaneling of a jury in a jury trial or with opening statement if the parties are in a non-jury trial. Trial does not include things such as hearings, appearances on motions, negotiated pleas, pre-trial conferences, or appearances, and continuances by the court.
Scheduled Balances Not applicable.
Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;
Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.
