Payroll Department means the department of the Company or a Subsidiary from which a Participant’s Compensation is disbursed.

Examples of Payroll Department in a sentence

  • An eligible employee may become a participating employee in the Plan by completing an election to participate in the Plan on a form provided by the Company and submitting that form to the Payroll Department of the Company.
