SYSTEM refers to the individual system that consists of the Hardware and Software. TECHNICAL SUPPORT refers to the support of the Hardware, Software, network and applications of the contracted equipment.

ACRONYMS/DEFINITIONS. The following acronyms and definitions apply to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and any subsequent contracts. Acronym Description Acceptance A written notice from a Purchasing Entity to Contractor advising Contractor that the Product has passed its Acceptance Testing.
