Uniform Administrative Requirements. A. Contractor, if a governmental entity or public agency, shall comply with the requirements and standards of OMB Circular No. A-87, “Principles for Determining Costs Applicable to Grants and Contracts with State, Local and Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments”, OMB Circular A-133, “Audits of State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations”, and applicable sections of 24 CFR §85 “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments”, as set forth in 24 CFR §570.502(a).
Uniform Administrative Requirements. The Subrecipient, its agencies or instrumentalities, shall comply with the policies, guidelines and Administrative Requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 et al, as applicable, as they relate to the cost principles, audit requirements, acceptance and use of federal funds under this part.

Uniform Administrative Requirements. The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR 200.318, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow, Property Management Standards, covering utilization and disposal of property.
