Provider Contact definition

Provider Contact has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.02(b).
Provider Contact has the meaning specified in Section 14.1. “Provider Parties” has the meaning specified in Section 18.1. “Receiving Party” has the meaning specified in Section 13.1.
Provider Contact. The following person is designated as the Contact Person on behalf of the Provider for the Contract. Examples of Provider Contact in a sentence

  • The Provider Contact Person will have the exclusive authority to decide what Confidential Information (if any) of the Provider is to be made available to the Recipient and its Representatives.

  • Subject to the conditions and limitations set out in this Contract, the Department will pay the Training Provider Contact Hour Funds by multiplying: the number of Scheduled Hours of training and assessment reported by the Training Provider under this Schedule 1 as delivered, or to be delivered, to a Skills First Student; and the applicable hourly rate per Scheduled Hour as identified in Clause 11.2 of this Schedule 1.

  • Subject to the conditions and limitations set out in this VET Funding Contract, the Department will pay the Training Provider Contact Hour Funds for scheduled hours of training and assessment reported in relation to Eligible Individuals.

  • Neither the Recipient nor any of the Recipient’s Representatives will contact or otherwise communicate with any other Representative or employee of the Provider in connection with the Transaction without the prior written authorization of the Provider Contact Person.

  • Contact information changes must be documented on a revised Provider Contact Information Form and submitted to the Council contract manager within five (5) working days of occurrence.

  • Staff contacts identified by the Provider on the Provider Contact Information Form shall be accessible via e-mail throughout the subcontract period and respond timely to Council contract manager communications.

  • The Provider shall submit a Provider Contact Information Form to the Council contract manager for execution of this subcontract.

Related to Provider Contact

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Provider contract means any contract between a provider and a carrier (or a carrier's network,

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);
