Providing Services. The Contractor must not honor any verbal requests for Services or perform or xxxx for any Services without receipt of a written Purchase Order issued by the Department. Any work performed by the Contractor without a written Purchase Order is done at the Contractor’s risk. Consequently, in the event a written Purchase Order is not provided by the City, the Contractor releases the City form any liability whatsoever to pay for any work performed provided without a Purchase Order.

Providing Services required because of significant changes in the Project. If the Consultant believes that any proposed change is a significant change in the Project within the meaning of this subparagraph, the Consultant shall so notify the Owner in advance of performing any services related to such change.
Providing Services. 7.1 In consideration of you complying with the terms of this contract, we will provide the Services in respect of your Mailing Items to your Agent on your behalf throughout this contract in line with the terms of the Agent Access Contract and this contract.
Providing Services a) We will supply the Services to You from the date agreed between Us.
b) We will make every effort to complete the Services on time. However, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 14 for Our responsibilities when an Event Outside Our Control happens.
c) We may have to suspend the Services if We have to deal with technical problems, or to make improvements agreed between You and Us in writing to the Services. We will contact You to let You know in advance where this occurs, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You do not have to pay for the Services while they are suspended under this clause 8.c) but this does not affect your obligation to pay for any invoices We have already sent You.
d) If You do not pay Us for the Services when You are supposed to as set out in clause 9.e), We may suspend the Services with immediate effect until You have paid Us the outstanding amounts (except where You dispute an invoice under clause 9.g). We will contact You to tell You this. This does not affect Our right to charge You interest under clause 9.f).
Providing Services. 2.1 You are responsible for providing all hardware and other equipment required to access and use the Service (a ‘‘Unit’’). We recommend an 802.11b or above-compatible computer, computer card, and/or device to access the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your Unit with the Service. The availability and performance of the Service is subject to all memory, storage and other Unit limitations.
2.2 Service is available to your Unit only when it is within the range of our Wireless LAN.
2.3 All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service.
2.4 We will always try to make the Service available, but it may be interrupted, limited or curtailed due to maintenance and repair work, transmission or equipment limitations/failures, collocation failures or due to an emergency. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages that you may lose or that become misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service.
2.5 We reserve the right to immediately and without notice, suspend your access to the Service if we suspect that you are transmitting a virus (or any other manipulating program capable of modifying other programs and replicating itself).
2.6 Network speed is no indication of the speed at which your Unit connected to the service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on Unit configuration, compression and network congestion. The accuracy and timeliness of data sent or received is not guaranteed and you accept that delays or omissions may occur.
2.7 We do not warrant that any particular virtual private network will be compatible with the Service.
2.8 We will not supply any software to you in connection with the Service. If you use software packages, applications or configurations then you accept the risk of any failure of the Service resulting from the use of such software packages, applications or configurations.
Providing Services. 1.1 Party B hereby irrevocably entrusts and designates Party A as its exclusive service provider to provide the technology and business support services listed in Appendix 1 in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
1.2 Party A is entitled to, at its own discretion, designate and appoint any of its affiliate to provide any services provided for by this article.
1.3 During the term hereof, without written consent from Party A, Party B shall not, directly or indirectly, acquire from the third party any services the same to, or similar with, the services hereunder, or conclude similar service agreements with any third party.
1.4 With a view to guarantee Party B’s compliance with cash flow requirements in daily operation and (or) offset any losses incurred during its operation procedure, whether or not Party B incurs such operational losses, Party A may offer financial support to Party B (only to the extent permitted by laws of PRC) in the form of bank entrusted loan or borrowing, and such entrusted loan or borrowing contract shall be concluded separately. Party A shall not compel Party B to reimburse whenever Party B is not capable of reimbursing.
