Network Support Services. At Client's request, Fiserv shall provide ------------------------ Network Support Services ("Network Support Services") consisting of design, installation coordination, continuous proactive communication line monitoring and diagnostic systems, and support personnel to discover, diagnose, repair, or report line problems to the appropriate telephone company.
Network Support Services. Fiserv will provide Network Support Services (monitoring, service, and maintenance for equipment) in accordance with instructions supplied by Client. If any or all of the communication network should fail, Fiserv or its designated agents will locate the problem and correct any malfunction not associated with equipment or circuits provided by common carriers. If the problem is located in the equipment or circuits of the common carriers, Fiserv will work with the common carriers until the problem is corrected. Maintenance fees incurred by Fiserv for repairs caused by faulty electrical power, inadequate physical facilities, physical abuse, or other Client-supplied or -controlled factors will be reimbursed by Client.

Network Support Services. Network Support Services shall be rendered from Fiserv premises. Off-premise support will be provided upon Client’s request on an as available basis at the then-current Fiserv time and materials rates, plus reasonable travel and living expenses.
Network Support Services. PCS offers network, server, PC, firewall and security, printer, Licensed software, and other related consulting services. A duly authorized Work Order shall provide the terms of these types of services if selected by Licensee.
