Contracted Work definition

Contracted Work has the meaning given to that term in the Assistance Agreement;
Contracted Work means any execution of works or provision of services on an ongoing basis by the Supplier carried out with its own organization of the necessary means and management at its own risk;
Contracted Work has the meaning set out in Schedule “B”’ “Endorsement Services” has the meaning set out in Section 2.03; “Gross Bookings” has the meaning set out in Schedule “B”;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
