Conflict of Interest. No officer, member or employee of the Contractor or subcontractor, no member of the governing body of the Contractor, and no other public officials of the Contractor who exercise any functions or responsibilities in the review or Contractor approval of this Agreement, shall participate in any decision relating to this Agreement which affects his or her personal interest, or shall have any personal or pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement.

Conflict of Interest. The Grantee agrees to notify the Commonwealth promptly of any actual, perceived or potential conflicts of interest which could affect its performance of this Agreement and agrees to take action to resolve the conflict.
Conflict of Interest. The CONTRACTOR covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not have any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner with the performance of services required under this Agreement.
Conflict of Interest. The Contractor shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests of the County. This obligation shall apply to the Contractor; the Contractor’s employees, agents, and relatives; subcontractors; and third parties associated with accomplishing work and services hereunder. The Contractor’s efforts shall include, but not be limited to establishing precautions to prevent its employees or agents from making, receiving, providing or offering gifts, entertainment, payments, loans or other considerations which could be deemed to appear to influence individuals to act contrary to the best interests of the County.
Conflict of Interest. By executing this Agreement, PROVIDER and each person signing on behalf of PROVIDER certifies, and in the case of a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation, each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, that to the best of their knowledge and belief, no member of The A&M System or The A&M System Board of Regents, nor any employee, or person, whose salary is payable in whole or in part by The A&M System, has direct or indirect financial interest in the award of this Agreement, or in the services to which this Agreement relates, or in any of the profits, real or potential, thereof.
Conflict of Interest. Consultant may serve other clients, but none whose activities within the corporate limits of City or whose business, regardless of location, would place Consultant in a “conflict of interest,” as that term is defined in the Political Reform Act, codified at California Government Code Section 81000 et seq. Consultant shall not employ any City official in the work performed pursuant to this Agreement. No officer or employee of City shall have any financial interest in this Agreement that would violate California Government Code Sections 1090 et seq. Consultant hereby warrants that it is not now, nor has it been in the previous twelve (12) months, an employee, agent, appointee, or official of the City. If Consultant were an employee, agent, appointee, or official of the City in the previous twelve months, Consultant warrants that it did not participate in any manner in the forming of this Agreement. Consultant understands that, if this Agreement is made in violation of Government Code §1090 et.seq., the entire Agreement is void and Consultant will not be entitled to any compensation for services performed pursuant to this Agreement, including reimbursement of expenses, and Consultant will be required to reimburse the City for any sums paid to the Consultant. Consultant understands that, in addition to the foregoing, it may be subject to criminal prosecution for a violation of Government Code § 1090 and, if applicable, may be disqualified from holding public office in the State of California. Consultant certifies that it has not paid any direct or contingent fee, contribution, donation or consideration of any kind to any firm, organization, or person (other than a bona fide employee of Consultant) in connection with procuring this Agreement, nor has Consultant agreed to employ or retain any firm, organization, or person in connection with the performance of this Agreement as a condition for obtaining this Agreement.
Conflict of Interest. Consultant covenants that neither it, nor any officer or principal of its firm, has or shall acquire any interest, directly or indirectly, which would conflict in any manner with the interests of City or which would in any way hinder Consultant’s performance of services under this Agreement. Consultant further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, no person having any such interest shall be employed by it as an officer, employee, agent or subcontractor without the express written consent of the Contract Officer. Consultant agrees to at all times avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of any conflicts of interest with the interests of City in the performance of this Agreement. No officer or employee of the City shall have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement nor shall any such officer or employee participate in any decision relating to the Agreement which affects her/his financial interest or the financial interest of any corporation, partnership or association in which (s)he is, directly or indirectly, interested, in violation of any State statute or regulation. The Consultant warrants that it has not paid or given and will not pay or give any third party any money or other consideration for obtaining this Agreement.
Conflict of Interest. By executing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that it does not know of any fact which constitutes a violation of Section 15.103 of the City’s Charter; Article III, Chapter 2 of City’s Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code; Title 9, Chapter 7 of the California Government Code (Section 87100 et seq.), or Title 1, Division 4, Chapter 1, Article 4 of the California Government Code (Section 1090 et seq.), and further agrees promptly to notify the City if it becomes aware of any such fact during the term of this Agreement.
Conflict of Interest. This Agreement may be canceled by the City pursuant to ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 38-511.
Conflict of Interest. The CONTRACTOR agrees that it will not engage in any action that would create a conflict of interest in the performance of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, or which would violate or cause others to violate the provisions of Part III, Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, relating to ethics in government. Further, the CONTRACTOR hereby certifies that no officer, agent, or employee of the COUNTY has any material interest either directly or indirectly in the business of the CONTRACTOR conducted here and that no such person may have any such interest at any time during the term of this Agreement unless approved by the COUNTY.
