Political Subdivision Sample Clauses

Political Subdivision. A city, town, borough, county, parish, district, asso- ciation, or other public body created by, or pursuant to, Federal or State law, having jurisdiction over the water supply of such public body.
Political Subdivision a city of the second class, city of the second class A, city of the third class, borough, town, township of the first class, township of the second class, school district of the first class A, school district of the second class, school district of the third class, school district of the fourth class, or municipal authority, located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Political Subdivision. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that FSCJ is a political subdivision of the State of Florida. As such, FSCJ's performance under this contract and any amendments hereto or attachments connected herewith, shall at all times be subject to any and all state laws, state regulations and District Board of Trustee Rules which are applicable to FSCJ’s operations, commitments and/or activities in furtherance of any terms specified herein. As FSCJ is a political subdivision of the State of Florida, this Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of Florida Statutes regarding public access and other issues.
Political Subdivision. If Grantee is a political subdivision, Grantee shall maintain its political subdivision status in compliance with the laws of the State of Ohio during the terms of this Agreement.
