Hardware and Software. In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by us from time to time. We are not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

The Bank is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Mobile Deposit Service. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any Internet, cellular, data download or other charges that your Internet service provider may impose for your access to the Internet or download of an application to use the Mobile Deposit Service.

Endorsements must be made on the back of the check(s) within 1 ½ inches from the top edge, although we may accept endorsements outside this space. Any loss we incur from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by you will be your responsibility. For a check payable to you and any joint owner(s) of your Credit Union account, the check must be endorsed by all such payees and you may only use Mobile Deposit to deposit such check(s) into a Credit Union account jointly owned by all such payees. If the check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse it. If the check is made payable to you and any non-joint owner, you may not deposit the check into your Credit Union account using the Services. Check requirement (including image quality) The image of an item transmitted to the Credit Union using the Services must be legible and contain images of the front and back of the check. The image quality of the items must comply with the requirements established from time to time by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. These requirements include, but are not limited to, ensuring the following information can clearly be read and understood by sight review of the Check image: the amount of the Check (both written and numeric); the payee; the signature of the drawer (maker); the date; the Check number; the information identifying the drawer and the paying financial institution that is preprinted on the Check including the MICR line; and all other information ...
Hardware and Software a) ProQuest may supply software from time to time for use in connection with the Products. ProQuest may designate that certain hardware and software are capable of operating compatibly with the Products, but such designation means only that the hardware or software appears to meet the necessary requirements of the Products. PROQUEST SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING THE COMPATIBILITY OF ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE NOT SUPPLIED BY PROQUEST WITH THE PRODUCTS AND PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE OPERATION OF SUCH HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE WITH THE PRODUCTS.
Hardware and Software. In order to use Mobile Deposit, you must have a mobile device and a wireless plan from a compatible mobile wireless provider. You must also use an operating system and software that satisfies all technical specifications and other requirements that we and/or our service provider establish and specify. We and/or our service provider may change these specifications and/or requirements from time to time. We are not responsible for providing, maintaining or servicing your mobile device or any other equipment for you. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, you are solely responsible, at your own expense, for purchasing, installing, operating, testing and maintaining all hardware and software necessary to use Mobile Deposit. We are not responsible for any third party software that you may need to use the Service. You accept any such software “as is” and subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement that you enter into directly with the third party software provider at the time of download and installation. We are not responsible for, and you release us from, any and all claims or damages resulting from, or related to, any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with using Mobile Deposit, e-mail or the internet. You agree that all images and files transmitted to us through the Service will contain no viruses or any other disabling features that may have an adverse impact on our network, data, or related systems.
Hardware and Software. The Customer acknowledges that Aptum does not manufacture the hardware, and in most cases, does not develop the software components, that are used to provide the Services (the “Branded Products”). Aptum does not make any representations or warranties regarding either fitness for any particular purpose, nor any standard or quality, unless this forms part of the manufacturers’ or developers’ specifications for such Branded Products. Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, the Branded Products and associated Services, including all information and content made available by Aptum are provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis. This Section does not affect Customer’s rights under any Service Level Agreement.

Bank reserves the right as encryption technology develops to impose further reasonable requirements to maintain the appropriate level of security for Mobile Banking and transactions contemplated hereunder, and you agree to abide by such requirements. Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that if you do not implement and follow your own commercially reasonable hardware, software, physical access and physical storage security procedures regarding any of the data owned by you, which includes such data containing your sensitive personally identifiable information (“PII”) of any individual, the security of your Mobile Banking and Mobile App may be compromised. You understand, acknowledge and agree that installation, maintenance and operation of your mobile device, including both hardware and software, and related security procedures that you adopt and follow, including, but not limited to, data security protection, firewalls and anti-virus software, is your sole responsibility, and that you are solely responsible for securing, encrypting, protecting and otherwise safeguarding the data owned by you. In addition to other limitations on Bank’s liability contained elsewhere in this Agreement, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that Bank is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from any errors or failures of your mobile device or data processing systems, including, but not limited to any mobile device virus or malware attack (such as a keystroke logging program or similar malware), any attack by a person attempting or actually gaining unauthorized a...
Hardware and Software. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the compatible Wireless Access Device required to use the Mobile Banking Service. To the extent we, in our sole discretion, provide any hardware in conjunction with the Mobile Banking Service, the hardware will at all times remain the sole property of Plumas Bank. Upon termination of the Mobile Banking Service, you must promptly return any hardware that we provided to you. To the extent the Mobile Banking Service involves our having granted you software license (“software”) usage rights, such grant shall be a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Mobile Banking Service in connection with your use in accordance with this Agreement. The Mobile Banking Services do not involve the sale of software. Nothing in this Agreement will entitle you to receive technical support, telephone assistance regarding the software, or updates to software. Upon termination, you agree to immediately destroy all copies of any software which had been downloaded to your Wireless Access Device or otherwise in your possession and control as part of your access and use of the Mobile Banking Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to: (a) make the Mobile Banking Service available or allow use of the Mobile Banking Service in a computer bureau service business, or on a timesharing basis, or (b) otherwise disclose or allow use of the Mobile Banking Service by or for the benefit of any third party. You acknowledge that your license to use any software that may be required for the Mobile Banking Service is directly from the software provider, pursuant to the license agreement that appears when any such software is electronically accessed by you or otherwise provided to you. By enrolling in portions of the Mobile Banking Service relating to those software systems and programs, and by downloading and installing Mobile Banking software, you will be evidencing your acceptance of the terms and conditions of those licenses. We may also condition your use of the Mobile Banking Service upon you affirming such licenses by the use of "I Accept" dialogue box acknowledgements, or by other affirmative or use-based acknowledgement and agreement systems.
Hardware and Software. To use the Remote Deposit Capture Service, you must obtain and maintain an Eligible Device and all other hardware and software it requires, at your own expense. We assume no responsibility for defects, failures or incompatibility of any equipment used in connection with the Remote Deposit Capture Service, whether or not it is an Eligible Device, or any third party software you may need to use the equipment or the Remote Deposit Capture Services.
