Hardware and Software. To use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by FNB from time to time. FNB is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software if accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

Further, at your sole option, you may utilize any authentication software, i.e. password or fingerprint, which is compatible with the Mobile Application. However, the Bank is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use this Service. Any such software is accepted by you "as is" and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you entered into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation. You understand and agree that you may also incur, and shall pay, any and all expenses related to the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, telephone, mobile data, or Internet service charges from any Communication Provider. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the operation, maintenance and updating of all equipment, software and services used in connection with the Online Services or Mobile Application and the cost thereof, and you hereby agree that you will perform, or cause to be performed, all vendor recommended maintenance, repairs, upgrades and replacements. The Bank is not responsible for, and you hereby release the Bank from, any and all claims or damages resulting from, or related to, any virus or malware or related problems that may be associated with using electronic Communication or the Internet. The Bank is not responsible for, and you hereby release the Bank from, any and all claims or damages resulting from, or related to, defects in or malfunctions of your hardware or software, or failures of or interruptions in any electrical, telephone, mobile data, or Internet services. The Bank hereby advises you, and you hereby agree to scan your computer or mobile device, hardware and software on a regular basis using a reliable virus detection product in order to detect and remove viruses or harmful malware.
Hardware and Software. The Customer acknowledges that Aptum does not manufacture the hardware, and in most cases, does not develop the software components, that are used to provide the Services (the “Branded Products”). Aptum does not make any representations or warranties regarding either fitness for any particular purpose, nor any standard or quality, unless this forms part of the manufacturers’ or developersspecifications for such Branded Products. Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, the Branded Products and associated Services, including all information and content made available by Aptum are provided on an “as is” or “as availablebasis. This Section does not affect Customer’s rights under any Service Level Agreement.
Hardware and Software. To use the Remote Deposit Capture Service, you must obtain and maintain an Eligible Device and all other hardware and software it requires, at your own expense. We assume no responsibility for defects, failures or incompatibility of any equipment used in connection with the Remote Deposit Capture Service, whether or not it is an Eligible Device, or any third party software you may need to use the equipment or the Remote Deposit Capture Services.

Hardware and Software.  Tyler will initially install the most current generally available version of the purchased Tyler software.  The City of Marianna will provide network access for Tyler modules, printers, and Internet access to all applicable City of Marianna and Tyler project staff.  The City of Marianna has in place all hardware, software, and technical infrastructure necessary to support the Project.  The City of Marianna’s system hardware and software meet Tyler standards to ensure sufficient speed and operability of Tyler software. Tyler will not support use of software if the City of Marianna does not meet minimum standards of Tyler’s published specifications.

THE BANK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR VIRUSES OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL OR SERVICES DOWNLOADED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THEIR USE. Online Banking Services are accessed through the Internet and you are responsible for selecting computer hardware and software with the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Online Banking Services and the disclosures we will provide electronically. The system and browser requirements for accessing Online Banking Services are available at www.easternbank.com/techspecs or by contacting the Bank at the address or telephone number above. Mobile Banking Services are accessed through the Eastern Bank mobile banking app on certain internet-enabled mobile devices. We will give you notice of any change to these requirements if the proposed change will adversely affect your ability to access subsequent electronic communications. You are also responsible for protecting the computer hardware and software against viruses through use of a reliable computer virus detection product and by scanning the computer on a regular basis. You acknowledge that the Bank is not responsible for (a) any errors, omissions, or failures resulting from defects in or malfunctions of your computer hardware and software, or (b) any viruses or related problems that may be associated with the use of the Internet to access the Services.

Hardware and Software. In order to use the Mobile Deposit Service, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by us from time to time on the Mobile Deposit Service website. You must use an eligible Mobile Device that is supported by and compatible with the Mobile Deposit Service, such as a smartphone or tablet, with a supported operating system, as well as a data plan, and that is enabled with a camera that will produce Images sufficient to satisfy the Image quality requirements described in this Agreement. Failure of your Mobile Device to produce satisfactory Images will result in those Images being rejected as described in this Agreement. We are not responsible for any third party software that you may need to use the Mobile Deposit Service. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at the time of download and installation. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any Internet, cellular, data download and other charges that your Internet service provider or wireless service provider may impose for your access to the Internet or download of any software required to use the Mobile Deposit Service.
