The Product definition

The Product means all of the software or softwares, all hardware, database, middleware, operating systems and/or other materials which the Supplier is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract;

The Product means only passenger cars originating in the EU Party and falling under tariff heading 8703 in accordance with the rules of origin established in Protocol I to this Agreement concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation;

Examples of The Product in a sentence

• Deliveries may be scheduled by mutual agreement for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays observed by the State of New York where the Product is for daily consumption, an emergency exists, the delivery is a replacement, delivery is late, or other reasonable circumstance in which event the convenience of the Authorized User shall govern.

• Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User shall have the option to run testing on the Product prior to acceptance, such tests and data sets to be specified by User.

• Submission of an invoice and payment thereof shall not preclude the Commissioner from requesting reimbursement or demanding a price adjustment in any case where the Product delivered is found to deviate from the terms and conditions of the Contract or where the billing was inaccurate.
