Computer Equipment. No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

If the Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, as defined by Texas Health and Safety Code Section 361.952(2), Provider certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 328.
Computer Equipment. Members shall have access to University computer equipment subject to the Intellectual Property and the Use of Information Technology (see Appendix E).

SSIS shall provide a complete laptop computer set-up, including the required keypad, as specified by the School Board, delivered to Food and Nutrition Services 2 weeks prior to the first day of school (by August 8, 2016). The user name and password must be available to operate the laptop. The School Board shall maintain all student status and account information.
