Clean Air. (1) The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401
Clean Air. (A) The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq. The CONTRACTOR agrees to report each violation to the COMMISSION and understands and agrees that the COMMISSION will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
Clean Air. A. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq . The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the FCRTA and understands and agrees that the FCRTA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
Clean Air. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq . The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the County and understands and agrees that the County will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor agrees it will not use any violating facilities. It will report the use of facilities placed on or likely to be placed on the U.S. EPA “List of Violating Facilities”. It will report violations of use of prohibited facilities to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance.

Contractor shall report each violation to the recipient and understands and agrees that the recipient will, in turn, report each violation as required to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

(2) The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
Clean Air. The Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 USC 7401 et seq. The Grantee shall ensure that its contractor will report each violation to the Grantee. The Grantee will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FHWA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Grantee also agrees to include these requirements in each contract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FHWA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to its provisions.

Contractor shall report each violation to the recipient and understands and agrees that the recipient will, in turn, report each violation as required to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. 2) Contractor shall include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with FTA assistance.

Contractor agrees to report each violation to the City and Metropolitan Council and understands and agrees that the Metropolitan Council will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regional Office. Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.
Clean Air. This provision applies to all Agreements greater than $50,000 and to Subcontracts greater than $50,000.
