Acceptance Testing definition

Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.
Acceptance Testing means testing as described in a Purchase Order to be performed by MSP to determine that deliverable(s) meet the Acceptance Criteria.

More Definitions of Acceptance Testing

Acceptance Testing means the process for ascertaining that the Product meets the standards set forth in the section titled Standard of Performance and Acceptance, prior to Acceptance by the Purchasing Entity. Contractor means the person or entity delivering Products or performing services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Master Agreement.
