Individual System definition

Individual System means the portion of the System beginning at the Receipt Points and ending at the Delivery Points. The Individual Systems in existence on the Effective Date are more particularly described in writing between Producer and Midstream Co. Additional Individual Systems may be added to the System from time to time in satisfaction of the needs identified by Producer and evidenced in writing between Producer and Midstream Co.

Examples of Individual System in a sentence

• The obligations of Midstream Co hereunder to design and construct the Individual System and to perform the Services do not include the design or construction of any substation or other interconnecting facilities required to procure electricity for the Individual System.

More Definitions of Individual System

Individual System means a midstream gathering system as designated in any Gathering System Plan and which, for the avoidance of doubt, as of the Execution Date include the Majorsville System, the Mamont System, the XxXxxx System, the Xxxx System, the Tygart Valley System, the Tygart Valley West System, the Pennsboro / Xxxxxxx System, the Moundsville System, the Pullman / Oxford System, the PIA System and the Wadestown System.

Individual System means a sanitation facility that collects, stores, treats and/or disposes of domestic wastewater, from buildings or parts of buildings not connected to a urban wastewater collecting system.

Individual System means a midstream gathering system as designated in any Gathering System Plan.

Individual System means a single water or wastewater system within an Operating System. For example, the Pasco System consists of the Palm Terrace, Zephyr Shores and Jasmine Lakes water and wastewater Individual Systems.

Individual System means each Product polishing, processing or treating facility owned by Midstream Co described on the applicable Agreement Addendum.

Individual System means each Crude Oil polishing, processing or treating facility owned by Midstream Co described on the applicable Agreement Addendum, in each case, as such plant, facilities, pipelines and interconnects may be modified and/or extended from time to time. Additional Individual Systems may be added to the System from time to time in satisfaction of the needs identified by Producer and the Parties shall evidence such additional Individual Systems by amending the applicable Agreement Addendum or OpCo shall cause the appropriate subsidiary to execute additional Agreement Addenda, as applicable.
