Request for Proposals definition

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

• The TIPS Solicitation, whether a Request for Proposals, the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals or Request for Qualifications solicitation, the Vendor’s response to same and all associated documents and forms made part of the solicitation process, including any addenda, that resulted in the execution of this agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement as if copied verbatim.

• For Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order Request for Proposals (RFPs), the contractor will multiply the quantity of each item or labor category required against the rate listed in the pricing schedule (Tables 1 and 2 under Article B.7) or as negotiated for the task, and the cumulative extended total of all items ordered will define the FFP for the task.

• A copy of these procedures will be incorporated into every Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP) or Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by OSC or CRF.

More Definitions of Request for Proposals

Request for Proposals means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting proposals.

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means the solicitation described in this document, including any attached or referenced appendices, schedules or exhibits and as may be modified in writing from time to time by the Regional District;

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents used for soliciting Proposals in accordance with either ORS 279B.060 or 279C.110, where proposal evaluation and contract award is based on criteria such as proposer qualifications and experience, product features and characteristics, service quality and efficiency, and conformance with the specifications and requirements of the Solicitation Document. Price may be evaluation criterion for an RFP, but will not necessarily be the predominant basis for contract award.

Request for Proposals means all documents utilized for soliciting Proposals.
