The Contractor shall restore existing facilities such as roads, other paved surfaces, fencing, curbing and the like at the Site to at least their preconstruction conditions; provided, however, the Contractor may, in an orderly fashion, leave such equipment and supplies at the Site as necessary to achieve Final Completion of the Project. This cleaning must be completed before the Contractor can expect the Design Professional to commence the inspection for Material Completion. To achieve Material Completion, the Contractor shall have fully cleaned the Site – all debris must have been removed from the site and all paved surfaces must have been broom swept and thoroughly hosed down.
