During the process of construction of the Project, Developer shall obtain policies of builder's risk completed value non-reporting form of fire and extended coverage, vandalism and malicious mischief hazard insurance naming the Village as an additional insured and covering the Project in at least the amount of the estimated cost of replacement of the Project, with provision that such coverage will not be terminated without 30 days prior written notice to the Village.

The Contractor shall restore existing facilities such as roads, other paved surfaces, fencing, curbing and the like at the Site to at least their preconstruction conditions; provided, however, the Contractor may, in an orderly fashion, leave such equipment and supplies at the Site as necessary to achieve Final Completion of the Project. This cleaning must be completed before the Contractor can expect the Design Professional to commence the inspection for Material Completion.
