Landscaped Areas definition

Landscaped Areas meanss those areas of any property type that are planted with trees, shrubs, or other vegetation, including the soil or bedding material areas associated with the plantings.
Landscaped Areas means the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(9) of the Government Grant including the Greenery Area;
Landscaped Areas means an area of land made attractive and desirable by the use of any or all of the following: grass, trees, shrubs, ornamental plantings, fences, walls and associated earthworks; however, it shall not include areas occupied by garbage containers, storage, parking lots or driveways;

  • Without limiting Section 2-9.4.2 [Planting Requirements for LRT Corridor Landscaped Areas] of this Schedule, tree setbacks must be provided to Roadways and Trackway in accordance with Table 2-9.5 Tree Planting Setbacks.

Landscaped Areas means the areas shown coloured green on the Plan;
Landscaped Areas. Loading and Unloading SpacesThe rules which have been or may from time to time be made in accordance with the Building Management Ordinance and pursuant to this Deed by the Manager relating to the use, operation, maintenance, management and administration of the Development or any part or parts thereof including any amendments made thereto from time to time. The area or areas landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No. (5) of the Government Grant. Loading and unloading bays Nos. L1, L2, L3 and L5 provided within the Development in accordance with Special Condition No. (19)(a) of the Government Grant.
Landscaped Areas means the landscaped areas to be provided on the Land including (without limitation) roads, avenues, strategic planting, existing and new parkland areas, footpaths and cycle corridors, the Airing Courts and features such as trees, woodland and water features but excluding Havenstoke Park and any land transferred or to be transferred to the owner or lessee of any Individual Dwelling Unit or the Employment Generating Units; "Landscape Management Plan" means the landscaping scheme and management plan to be provided in respect of each Phase that contains public open space and/or Landscaped Areas and/or Play Areas in accordance with paragraph 9:1 of the First Schedule;
Landscaped Areas means a design strategy whose aim is to minimise as far as reasonably practicable the environmentally destructive impacts of the Development or a Phase (as the case may be) and enhance secure and deliver the maximum benefit reasonably practicable and/or enhancement for the natural environment and biodiversity means all those communal areas and areas of open space within the Development (other than privately owned domestic gardens that form the curtilage o each Dwelling and/or not identified on the plan i Paragraph 3.3.2.1 of this Schedule) and shall include areas of the Land comprising a mixture of formal and semi-natural areas to be given over to communal landscaping Public Open Space Comment [RF70]: Landscaped Areas exclude private garden areas but include communal areas and public open space. Comment [RF71]: Areas adjacent to a dwelling which are not large enough to be public open space but has visual amenity value (particularly on junctions and corners within the development) is often conveyed to the adjoining owner and then subsequently used by the owner as land within the curtilage of the dwelling, thus benefiting/enjoying the GPDO Rights. The intention is to ensure that if such land is identified on the plan (in para. 3.3.2.1) then that land, even if it is conveyed to the adjacent owner, will be managed in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇ Maidstone Borough Council Specimen Draft s.106 Agreement to be provided remediated monitored managed and maintained in accordance with this Schedule “Landscape Management Strategy” means a landscape strategy to manage monitor and maintain and where necessary remediate the Landscaped Areas within the Development or a Phase (as the case may be) which strategy shall have regard to and be aligned with the ecological mitigation and enhancement measures to be provided on the Land pursuant to the Ecological Design Strategy
Landscaped Areas means all areas of the Lands required to be landscaped in accordance with Section 2-14 [Landscape Architecture]
