THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents Consist of this Agreement, Conditions of the contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), Drawings, Specifications, Addenda issued prior to execution of this Agreement, other documents listed in this Agreement and Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement; these form the Contract, and are as fully a part of the Contract as if attached to this Agreement or repeated herein. The Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. An enumeration of the Contract Documents, other than Modifications, appears in Article 9.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. This Contract, together with the Bidding Documents and the Bid, shall constitute the Contract Documents for the Project.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents include the executed Contract, any Component Construction Documents, the Construction Documents, and all Change Orders as defined in the General Requirements. (See Article 1.1.9).
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents consist of the Agreement between Owner and Contractor (hereinafter the Agreement), Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), Drawings, Specifications, addenda issued prior to execution of the Contact, other documents listed in the Agreement and Modifications issued after execution of the Contract. A Modification is (1) a written amendment to the Contract signed by both parties, (2) a Change Order, (3) a Construction Change Directive or (4) a written order for a minor change in the Work issued by the Architect.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The complete Contract consists of all Contract Documents as defined in the General Conditions and incorporated herein by this reference. Any and all obligations of the District and Contractor are fully set forth and described in the Contract Documents. All Contract Documents are intended to cooperate so that any Work called for in one and not mentioned in the other or vice versa is to be executed the same as if mentioned in all Contract Documents.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents as used herein refer to the Agreement Form, Addenda, Supplementary Conditions, General Conditions, Documents contained in the Project Manual, the Owner’s Division 0 and Division 1 documents, Drawings, Specifications, Education Specifications, all modifications thereto, issued before and after execution of the Contract and all Exhibits attached thereto used by the Owner to establish a construction contract with the Contractor. These Contract Documents, and their requirements for the Project Consultant are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, AIA Document A201-2007, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, as modified by the Owner ("General Conditions"), Supplementary and other Conditions of the Contract identified in this Agreement (if any), Drawings, Specifications, Addenda issued prior to the execution of this Agreement, other documents listed in this Agreement, and Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement, all of which form the Contract and are as fully a part of the Contract as if attached to this Agreement or repeated herein. Upon the Owner’s acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Task Authorization (“TA”) Guaranteed Maximum Price proposals and the execution of the TA Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments by the Owner and the Construction Manager, the Contract Documents will also include the TA Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments, the documents described in Section 2.2.3 and identified in the TA Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments, and revisions prepared by the Architect and furnished by the Owner as described in Section 2.2.8. The Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. If anything in the other Contract Documents, other than a Modification, is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.

THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
