The Village Sample Clauses

The Village. If you are assigned to a unit in The Village, then your License Term does not end as provided in Section 2.1, but rather after three (3) semesters, ending at 5:00 P.M. on the Friday of the University’s Summer Semester final exam week. You agree to pay the University’s published room and board charges for the entire License Term, and you acknowledge that these Terms shall be fully effective for the entire License Term. If there are dependents living with you, you must also complete and return Schedule C.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
