Signing of. Unless contracts are signed concurrently, they must be signed by the Producer first. If the contract is not signed concurrently, the Producer may notify the Actor or the Actor's designated representative, by personal delivery or Certified Mail, that, unless the contract is signed and returned to the Producer within a specified time period which shall be not less than 48 hours after receipt of the notice by the Actor, or the Actor's designated representative, the contract is null and void.
Signing of. Unless a contract is signed concurrently, it must be signed by the Theatre first. The Theatre may, at the time it sends the contract to the Actor, notify the Actor in writing that unless the contract is signed and returned to the Theatre no later than three business days after the Actor receives it, the contract is null and void.
Signing of. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a period from January until December and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one year each, unless or until either party notifies the other within the three (3) months next preceding the expiration date of the Agreement in writing that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. In the event that such notice is given of a desire to amend the Agreement, negotiations shall begin within thirty (30) days following the delivery of the notice or within any longer time which is agreed upon. All negotiations for amendments or renewal of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the terms of The Ontario Labour Relations Act, Chapter and any amendments thereto. A draft of the negotiated Agreement will be made available by the Employer affected for the Union within thirty (30) days of the ratification of the Agreement reached. The proofread Agreement, as corrected, necessary, will be signed by the Employer and submitted to the Union within five (5) days of the approval of any regulatory body. The Union will sign and return the agreed number of copies within ten (10) days of the receipt of the signed Agreement. ARTICLE PENSION In this Article, the terms used shall have the meanings as described: means the Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan, being a multi-employer plan.
