Common use of During Construction Clause in Contracts

During Construction. At all times during the period of construction, furnishing and equipping of the Hotel/Casino and the Project and at all times during any other period of construction (including renovations, alterations and improvements), until final completion thereof, Builder's Risk Insurance ("All Risk" or equivalent coverage) for the Project in an amount not less than the estimated cost of such construction (including "hard" and "soft" costs), written on a completed value basis or a reporting basis, for property damage, protecting Owner and Operator as their interests may appear, with a deductible not to exceed $100,000 and to include rental payment coverage from the date of projected completion and extending for at least twelve (12) months thereafter.
