Visitor Parking. So long as this Lease is in effect, Tenant's visitors and guests will be entitled to use those specific parking areas which are designated for short term visitor parking and which are located within the surface parking area(s), if any, and/or within the parking structure(s) which serve the Building. Visitor parking will be made available at a charge to Tenant's visitors and guests, with the rate being established by Landlord in its discretion from time to time. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may elect to validate such parking for its visitors and guests. All such visitor parking will be on a non-exclusive, in common basis with all other visitors and guests of the Development.
Visitor Parking. In addition to such parking spaces for use by Tenant's employees, Landlord shall permit access to the parking areas for Tenant's visitors, subject to availability of spaces.
Visitor Parking. Tenant recognizes and agrees that visitors, clients and/or customers (collectively the “Visitors”) to the Project and the Premises must park automobiles or other vehicles only in areas designated by Landlord from time to time as being for the use of such Visitors and Tenant hereby agrees to ask its Visitors to park only in the areas designated by Landlord from time to time for the use of Tenant’s Visitors.
Visitor Parking. 1. Visitors are defined as anyone entering the garage without an assigned access card who is visiting your company. This includes all vendors, training candidates, interviewees, meeting members, clients, and customers, or those individuals without a parking card.
Visitor Parking. Parking in spaces designated as “visitor” parking is temporary parking available on a first come, first served basis. No overnight parking is permitted in a “visitor” parking space.
Visitor Parking. Visitor parking is not available at units with paid, permitted parking lots. LANDLORD is not responsible for coordinating parking of any visitors.
Visitor Parking. The Landlord shall at all times during the Term designate for the benefit of licensees and invitees of the Tenant visitor parking facilities and the Landlord reserves the right to impose reasonable charges upon any licensee and invitee of the Tenant for the use of same. Notwithstanding the above, the Landlord agrees that it shall not impose any visitor parking charge payable by the Tenant during the initial Term of this Lease.
Visitor Parking. Subject to the terms and provisions of Section 7.3(a) herein, Tenant shall be entitled to the exclusive use and designation of two (2) parking spaces per 26,250 square feet of Rentable Area of the Premises (i.e., twenty (20) parking spaces during all portions of the Lease Term when Tenant is leasing from Landlord all of the rentable space in the Building) for the purpose of Tenant’s visitor parking, which shall be in a location mutually agreeable to both Landlord and Tenant on the grade level of Parking Deck A. Such visitor parking spaces shall be included within the total number of parking spaces within the Parking Areas which Tenant has the right to use under Section 7.3(a) herein and shall be clearly marked “Premier Visitor Parking” or similar verbiage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall have no obligation or responsibility to monitor or police the use of such visitor parking spaces or to take any enforcement action relative to any vehicles parked in such spaces.
Visitor Parking. Available for member’s visitors on quiet days at the discretion of the Operations Manager or his authorized Assistant.

Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may elect to validate such parking for its visitors and guests. All such visitor parking shall be on a non-exclusive, in- common basis with all other visitors and guests of the Development. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Lease, in the event that the number of Tenant's visitors utilizing the Parking Facilities consistently exceeds fifty (50) visitors per day, Landlord shall have the right from time to time to reduce Tenant's maximum number of unreserved monthly parking privileges to accommodate such excessive visitor usage.
