The Official. Secrets Acts apply to all aspects of the Contract irrespective of their security grading, and information about the Contract shall be disclosed only to properly authorised persons who have a definite "need to know" for the performance of the Contract.

  • KEY OFFICIALS A. Key officials are essential to ensure maximum coordination and communication between the parties and the work being performed. They are:

  • Union Officials 3.9.3 Union officials and/or delegates who are employed under this Agreement and who are not in receipt of any wages or salary from the Union and who have an accident in the course of attending to authorised Union business, shall be entitled to non-work accident leave.

  • School Official Designation Pursuant to Article I, Paragraph 1 of the DPA Standard Clauses, and in accordance with FERPA, ISSRA and SOPPA, in performing its obligations under the DPA, the Provider is acting as a school official with legitimate educational interest; is performing an institutional service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use its own employees; is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data; and is using Student Data only for an authorized purpose and in furtherance of such legitimate educational interest.

  • Official Secrets Acts The Contractor undertakes to abide and procure that the Contractor’s employees abide by the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.

  • Building Official The Vice Chancellor for Facilities is the Building Official for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. The Design Professional shall fully support the Building Official’s code enforcement duties for the Project, for other than the Life Safety, Elevator, Building Accessibility and Fire Safety rules, regulations and codes administered by the State Fire Marshal and local health department. Accordingly, the coordination of the “Special Inspections” required under the Georgia State Minimum Standard Building Code, as adopted by the State of Georgia, and the associated record-keeping activities, are a part of the Basic Services of this Contract. The Design Professional shall keep two sets of the Record Documents and any other documents required by the building codes, zoning codes, regulations, or applicable laws, for a period of ten years.

  • Gifts X. XXXXXXX is familiar with CITY's prohibition against the acceptance of any gift by a CITY officer or designated employee, which prohibition is found in Chapter 12.08 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code.

  • Official Languages 10.1 In areas of significant demand, NBHC agrees to provide all information and services pertaining to the Programs in both French and English. NBHC will use the criteria for information and services in the Official Languages Regulations made pursuant to Canada’s Official Languages Act as a guideline to determine “significant demand”. NBHC will consult with representatives of local minority language groups.

  • Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.

  • Official Language The official text of this Agreement and any appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto, or any notice given or accounts or statements required by this Agreement shall be in English. In the event of any dispute concerning the construction or meaning of this Agreement, reference shall be made only to this Agreement as written in English and not to any other translation into any other language.

  • Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries 22.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party.
