Unit Prices definition

Unit Prices means, with respect to those prices submitted in the Price Schedule for the initial year, and any unit prices agreed upon by the parties based on a price mechanism for the subsequent years.
Unit Prices. All bidders will submit unit costs for the following types of repair work, to include overhead and profit (For further clarification, please see Unit Prices, Section 012200 Specification):
Unit Prices means an amount included on the Bid Form which includes full compensation for all required labor, products, tools, equipment, plant, transportation, services and incidentals; erection, application or installation of an item of the Work; overhead and profit.
