Contractor employee definition

Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.
Contractor employee means an em- ployee of the Contractor assigned to work under this contract.

Contractor employee means an employee of the prime contractor or of any subcontractor, affiliate, partner, joint venture, or team members with which the contractor is associated. It also includes consultants engaged by any of those entities.
