Under Construction means construction from the foundation, or any alterations or repairs to the “dwelling” which result in the piercing of an exterior wall or the roof for more than 24 hours, or which necessitates “your” temporary relocation.

Any request to store more than one Aircraft Under Construction in a single Hangar will be considered by the Director, will include a Hangar inspection prior to making a final determination, and will not be unreasonably denied.
Self- maintenance activities are limited to those items listed in Code of Federal Regulations, Part 43, Appendix A, Sub-Part C (Preventive Maintenance) unless Aircraft is approved in this Agreement as an Aircraft Under Construction.
County may consider more than one request by Lessee for Aircraft Under Construction for a given Hangar.
Proof of ownership will be required for all Aircraft Under Construction requests.

Under Construction means construction from the foundation, or any alteration or repairs, including major renovations, to the “Dwelling” or "Detached Private Structure(s)" which result in the piercing of an exterior wall or the roof for more than 24 hours, or which necessitates “your” temporary relocation. It also includes the period of time commencing from the date site preparation is initiated and continuing through, excavation, demolition, removal, or weakening of any structural support, laying of foundations and the assembly of components; concluding when the “Dwelling” or “Detached Private Structure(s)” is completed and ready for “your” occupancy.
Under Construction as used in this section, means that actual work shall have been performed on the construction site and shall not be construed to mean that the hospital, home, nursery, institution, sanitarium, or a portion thereof, is in the planning stage.
Under Construction means any conversions, renovations, extensions or structural work where the estimated cost of such work is more than $100,000.

Additionally, the construction of facilities is inherently subject to the risks of cost overruns and delays, and these risks of delay are exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. If we are unable to construct, commission and operate all of our facilities as expected, or, when and if constructed, they do not accomplish our goals, or if we experience delays or cost overruns in construction, our business, operating results, cash flows and liquidity could be materially and adversely affected.
Under Construction means a work or works of community water supply and community sewerage systems where actual work is progressing or where a notice to proceed with a contract for this work has been let as of the adoption of the plan, its amendment or revision.
