With Interest means interest credited to Member’s Accounts, which has been compounded annually at such rate of interest per annum calculated below. Interest shall be accumulated on a contribution from the middle of the period of contribution until the date it is paid as a pension or other payment. The rate so calculated shall be applicable to the Plan Year. The calculation of the appropriate rate of interest shall be based on the net rate of return earned by the Fund.
