Material Delivery and Storage Sample Clauses
The Material Delivery and Storage clause outlines the requirements and procedures for delivering and storing materials used in a project. It typically specifies where and how materials should be delivered, the conditions under which they must be stored to prevent damage or loss, and may assign responsibility for storage costs or risks. By clearly defining these logistics, the clause helps ensure that materials remain in good condition and are available when needed, thereby preventing project delays and disputes over material quality or responsibility.
