Trade Contractors definition

Trade Contractors means a trade contractor or group of trade contractors identified to perform work required to complete a Component as selected by the Construction Manager and approved by the University pursuant to this Agreement; and
Trade Contractors means the trade contractors appointed in connection with the Works and listed in Part 1 of the Schedule; VAT means Value Added Tax and any similar tax substituted for it or levied in addition to it; WORKS means the works which have been carried out by the Developer to construct the Premises;
Trade Contractors means the contractors and material suppliers awarded Trade Contr competitive bidding process required under this Agreement. The term “Subcontractors” as ConditionsContract Documents shall include “Trade Contractors” as defined in this Section

  • At all times, the Contractor shall keep the premises free from accumulations of waste material or rubbish caused by his employees, Trade Contractors, or work.

  • Develop and implement a procedure for the review, processing, and payment of applications by Trade Contractors and Trade Suppliers for progress and final payments, including a retainer release method.

  • The cost of all work performed by Trade Contractors or Trade Suppliers for Work performed or materials procured pursuant to Trade Contracts entered into in accordance with this Contract and subject to the limitations stated in the Contract Documents.

  • Provide regular monitoring of the Overall Project Schedule as construction progresses; identify potential variances between scheduled and probable completion dates; review the schedule for Work not started or incomplete, and recommend to the Owner and Trade Contractors adjustment in the Construction Progress Schedule to meet the Date for Final Completion; provide written summary reports of each monitoring to all appropriate parties and document accordingly.

Trade Contractors means the trade contractors pursuant to the Trade Contracts;

Related to Trade Contractors

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Trade Controls has the meaning specified in Section 4.25(a).

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • MSHA means the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
