Unit Prices. If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.
Unit Prices. Unless the Bid Item Schedule contained in Part D specifies otherwise, unit prices for individual line items shall include all costs, including but not limited to, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, insurance, bonds, and overhead and profit.
Unit Prices. To the extent additions to or deletions from the agreement work are subject to unit prices agreed upon in this Agreement, those unit prices shall be applied in determining the equitable adjustment and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any other costs or profit.
Unit Prices. The allowable charge out rate for units or items directly related to the project that are not a part of the normal overhead expense. NOTE: All cost accounting procedures, definitions of terms, payroll cost, payroll additives, general administrative overhead, direct cost, and fixed fee shall comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations, 48 CFR, Part 31, and be supported by audit accepted by the State.
Unit Prices. The term “net” as used in reference to “unit prices” means in respect to Change Orders performed in accordance with Case (b) of Article 29 of the General Conditions that the unit prices offered by the Contractor and accepted by the Owner shall be inclusive of all sums for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, bill, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, or injury. Upon request of the Owner in writing and within such reasonable space of time as the Owner shall designate in writing, the Contractor shall submit for consideration of the Owner proposals in writing for unit prices to be applied in the event Work is authorized by the Owner to be performed under Case (b) of Article 29. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the unit prices submitted do not exceed current costs for like services or materials.
Unit Prices. 1.1.1. Unit prices on the Bid Form shall include the cost and profit of providing all labor, materials, testing, tools and equipment necessary to perform all work in accordance with contract documents. No separate payment shall be made for incidental work relating to Bid Items.

BOA Year #1: Month DD, YYYY to Month DD, YYYY Labor/Trade Classification Straight Time Rate Overtime Rate Double Time Rate BOA Year #2: Month DD, YYYY to Month DD, YYYY Labor/Trade Classification Straight Time Rate Overtime Rate Double Time Rate The Unit Prices and Hourly Labor Rates set forth above are “fully burdened”, i.e. inclusive of all costs for labor, overhead and profit associated with completing a task or work segment or providing an hour of Work by the applicable labor/trade classification. Examples of costs to be included as part of fully- burdened unit prices or labor rates and for which separate assessments or requests for direct reimbursement will not be allowed:
Unit Prices. Unit price items and estimated quantities therefor, as provided by the Contractor in the Contract Documents include all costs for furnishing and installing the estimated quantity of each such item as stated, including all indirect costs, overhead, taxes, fees and profit. Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 11.8 of the General Conditions, if the quantity of any such unit price item as actually and properly furnished by the Contractor differs from the estimated quantity for such item as set forth herein, the Contract Sum may be adjusted by Change Order based upon the actual required quantity of such item and the applicable unit price as specified. The unit prices specified shall be applicable to both increases and decreases in the Contract Sum on an equal basis.
Unit Prices. If any portion of the GMP is determined by the application of unit prices, the number of units contained in the DB’s GMP is an estimate only, and the compensation to the DB shall be determined by the actual number of units incorporated in, or required by, the Work.
