Contract Construction. 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.
Contract Construction. This Contract will be constructed in accordance with the plain meaning of its language and neither for nor against the drafting party.
Contract Construction. This Agreement or any uncertainty or ambiguity herein shall not be construed against any party but shall be construed as if all parties to this Agreement jointly prepared this Agreement.

Accordingly, any rule of law (including California Civil Code Section 1654) or legal decision that would require interpretation of any ambiguities in this Agreement against the party that has drafted it is not applicable and is waived. The provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted in a reasonable manner to affect the purpose of the parties and this Agreement.
Contract Construction. Words or phrases herein, including acknowledgment, are construed as in the singular or plural and as the appropriate gender, according to the context.

Any ambiguity in this Master Agreement or any Work Order shall not be construed against the drafter, but rather the terms and provisions hereof shall be given a reasonable interpretation as if both parties had in fact drafted this Master Agreement or the Work Order.
