Surplus Materials. Any surplus materials, fixtures, articles or equipment remaining at the completion of the project shall become the property of the Contractor, except those items furnished by the Government, whose cost is not included in the contract price.
Surplus Materials. Contractor shall notify Owner or Owner’s Representative of any materials and equipment supplied to Contractor by Owner which are surplus and, without additional compensation, shall cooperate with Owner and Owner’s Representative in the disposition of such surplus as directed by Owner or Owner’s Representative.

Contractor shall, as soon as it is feasible to do so, determine and advise Owner what materials are surplus. Owner shall have the right to purchase any or all such materials at a mutually agreed upon price. Should Owner elect not to purchase any or all of the surplus material, Contractor shall remove (in conformity with Applicable Laws) such material from the Job Site as soon as practicable.

All material removed from structures in course of altera- tion/remodeling shall be disposed of by the Contractor except those items designated by the Customer, in writing, prior to commencement of the Project.
